Intro The Process in Brief Fees & Guidelines Your Auctions Trust Terms of Agreement Contact Information

Below is a brief summary of the Trading Assistant Process. Specific questions regarding each step of the process are addressed in the pages that follow.

THE TRADING ASSISTANT PROCESS:

Contact me with the list of items you'd like me to sell for you. With your list briefly note the cosmetic and operating condition of each item. You don't have to be too specific. I'll take care of that when it comes time to list the item. You can say something like - "well used but works good", "great shape, barely used, works perfectly", "like new in box" etc. - and if you aren't sure that's ok - I'll help you figure it out.

I will respond promptly with my assessment of what I think your items will bring on eBay.

Another email or two for clarification, and perhaps a phone call. You send your items to me. Your work is done. You'll receive an email before your items are listed so you can watch them and enjoy the auction process.

I'll take care of the rest - writing thorough descriptions, photographing your items, listing them, answering emails and questions and handling all customer contact, packaging, shipping, customs forms etc.

After the auctions are completed, the items are paid for, and the return period has elapsed you will receive an email detailing your auction listings, prices realized and fees. A check will be mailed to you the same or next day.
